The Machine
This machinery can manufacture single-serve packs at 5000/ hr to 10000/hr depending on the size and type of product. It is suitable for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, foods, chemicals and more.
Our machinery is designed to be fully customizable so that it can be used in any industry.

How much does it cost?
There are four costs involved with the pinchpak Packaging System: Printing Plates, Spool Manufacture, Packaging, and Contents.
Plates & Printing

The unique design of the pinchpak Packaging System allows for a large artboard on one side of the package. The two main costs are the Printing Plates and the manufacture and printing of the Spools that will make up the final packaging.
Printing Plates' price varies, depending on the complexity of the design, but can accommodate up to 4 different Design Sets within a single Printing Plate set.
Packaging

This is the cost of setting up the machinery for your product and putting the Contents into the pinchpak Packaging. Extra packaging and packing can be quoted separately if required.
Spool Manufacture

The minimum order quantity for the packaging Spools is approximately 360,000 units, although not all need to be used and packaged in a single order and can be stored for later use. The minimum order of printed units will be divided across the chosen number of Design Sets.

There are a wide variety of products suited to the pinchpak Packaging System. Clients typically supply their own contents, however, we can supply a variety of New Zealand honey and creams for you. This is quoted separately.
